"Yoga is the greatest gift to yourself. It really is. And I'm notā€”I'm a spiritual person, but not the Dalai Lama. It's just that I am very, very grateful after I do a yoga class. I'd say, thank you to myself for doing this. It's like getting a massage, a therapy session and a workout at the same timeā€”any cracks you have in your body, you don't even know about them until you start doing a yoga class and then you just feel them sort of unravel and uncrack. It's good," she has said about yoga.

"Being present in everything you do is really how you keep your balance," Bethenny told Yahoo!. "Prioritizing sleep, being militant about the goal and the quest for sleep is hugely important. Vacationing and laughing is hugely important. And I'm not very social. I combine social with work." "One way to improve your sleep: Get more natural light. If you can, try to sit near a window at work: Employees with windows near their desks receive 173% more white light exposure during work hours and 46 minutes more minutes of sleep per night than employees who don't have exposure to natural light. And those without windows get less physical activity," says personal trailer Mark Langowski, author of Eat This, Not That! For Abs.

"I wouldn't be obsessed with whose product it is," says Bethanny about skin care. "Find some brands you trust and play around. If your skin is clean, if you spray tone, if you then layer with a serum and if you feed with hydration, it's gonna work out." She exfoliates her skin, using a circular motion with an exfoliator. "The types of cleansers I like to use are either oil or a bombā€¦ always that circular motion, really making sure you clean your skin properly using warm water to rinse. Then I use a spray toner."

"As far as exercise goes, I have always said that exercise should be like a good friend, that if you don't see for a while, you welcome and are nice to and have a good relationship with when you do reconnect. So for me in the summer, I walk on the beach, I try to walk on the beach a couple of days a week for an hour. It's not in class or someone screaming at me, I'm not doing bootcamp. I'm not spinning. I'm not over the top at all. I'm not dripping and sweat and manic about exercise at all."

"I'm beyond efficient and beyond organized, I don't drop balls, I check boxes, I don't procrastinate. It's intense and I'm an intense person and it's very difficult to keep up with me. When I'm with my daughter I'm intensely parental and domesticated and focused and centered, and when I'm working I'm also intensely focused and centered. But I have to say, being organized is the number one reason why I can get more done than anyone I know. I'm completely organized and I don't believe in wasting time," she told Yahoo!

"Feeling confident starts with a solid foundationā€”health, wellness, and wardrobe pieces that make you feel supported and uplifted," she once said on Instagram, when discussing her own brand of SkinnyGirl shapewear. She wants you to "find your yes." "I live by that motto," she told Bustle. "That's how I've created my success and that's the culture that I try to breed through the people that work around me." If you get a no, "Take a deep breath, sit back, and find a new road ā€” because you can get there. Ninety-five percent of the time, whatever you're stuck on is doable in some way."

"I think compassion to see what someone is actually going through is so important. Most people aren't inherently evil. If you can see why someone might be doing something, it can help you be a little more compassionate. There have definitely been some times that I've joined in on the negativity during The Real Housewives. Maybe there's something that everybody wants to say and no one's said it ā€” I am the unfiltered, unedited one who says it. But, I don't always need to be that person. I can just sit back," she told Bustle.
